General Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring that MGT’s customers receive an adequate level of service or help with their questions and concerns
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve
Job Specifications
- Male / Female, age between 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’ S Degree in any field
- 0-3 years experience (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
- Have computer literacy skills (e.g. MS office), Computer back ground in ERP software like SAP will be advantage
- Good command of English
- Good personality. Interpersonal skill. Co-ordination and communication skill
- Good team player. Having positive attitude and ability to motivate people
